Simplify Your Order Fulfillment with CSV Files for Unsupported Platforms (Stopped supporting)

If you're a dropshipper using a platform that's not supported by our system, you can still send us your order details by using a CSV file. There are two ways to do this:

  1. Export from your platform: Export your orders to a CSV file directly from your platform. Simply follow the instructions provided by your platform to generate the CSV file, then upload it to our system or email it to us.

  2. Use our template: We can provide you with a CSV file template that you can fill in with the necessary order information. To use this method, download the CSV file from our system, fill it out with the relevant details, and upload it back to our system or email it to us.

A CSV file is a simple form that contains all the necessary order information. You can open it in most spreadsheet software, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
